Returns & Refunds

Custom Printing:

Since all orders are custom, All Sales Are Final. We cannot refund and/or accept a return on an order that contains graphical/type or other errors made by the customer or if a different product is preferred.

If we verify that we made an error, we will reproduce the order after the following steps are completed.

Steps for returns & refunds:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of the damaged product and/or package
  • If you are requested to return the damaged product, we will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label

Accessories:

Returns are accepted within 30 days for the purchase for items that are returned in original condition.

We reserve the right to issue up to a 5% transaction & processing fee on refunded purchases.
