When you need graphics to adhere and conform to rough concrete, asphalt, brick, stone, or other textured surfaces, standard vinyl is usually the wrong choice. FloorMetAL™ is Graphic Cabin’s pliable aluminum decal solution for demanding surfaces and rugged environments where paint wears out, tape lifts, and conventional decals struggle to conform.

This material is designed for custom asphalt floor signs, parking lot graphics, curb decals, court decals, directional markings, and safety messages that need to hold up on uneven surfaces.

FloorMetAL™ Installation:

  1. Clean Thoroughly: Remove all loose debris, dirt, and grime. For best results, power wash or spray the area. If that’s not possible, use a shop vac or brush.
  2. Ensure Dry Surface: Wait until the area is completely dry before applying the decal.
  3. Apply Pressure: Use a J roller or foam roller to press firmly across all areas of the decal, ensuring no moisture gets underneath. Finish by applying pressure with your hands.

Yes. FloorMetAL™ carries an R12 / BS7976 slip-resistance rating and is also flame resistant and PVC-free. Anti-slip texture is built into the material as a standard feature — it is not an optional upgrade or laminate. This rating makes it appropriate for pedestrian walkways, building entries, pool decks, and other public-access surfaces where slip resistance is a safety requirement.

FloorMetAL™ decals can be produced in OSHA-specified safety colors — yellow for caution, red for danger and fire equipment areas, orange for machinery hazards, and white for general traffic markings — in formats that align with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.22 requirements. They are not pre-certified OSHA-compliant products; compliance depends on correct color selection, placement, sizing, and your facility’s specific safety program.
